We are so excited to announce that our annual Run for Change is Friday, October 17 at 9:00 am at Randolph Road Park (next to the Billingsville campus).  The Run for Change service event is a time for our community to honor our friends and family who have been affected by cancer.  As an IB school showing action, we present the donations we receive to charitable organizations that are committed to positively impacting the lives of others. 

The Run for Change will proceed as follows:

• The event will begin with a schoolwide ceremony where the names of those being honored are read aloud during a silent ceremonial lap. 

• Each grade level shows ‘action’ by running for change for a designated time.

     Kindergarten & 3rd: 9:30 am

     1st & 4th grades: 9:40 am

     2nd & 5th grades: 9:50 am

     EP K-2 w/ Kindergarten: 9:30 am

     EP 3 - 5 w/ 4th grades: 9:40 am

All are welcome to attend the ceremonial run!

This year, we will raise money for The National Cancer Society and The American Cancer Society of North Carolina.  The mission of The National Children’s Cancer Society is to offer financial support to those families battling cancer.  The American Cancer Society in North Carolina provides free support to manage cancer treatment and recovery. To make a contribution, please send a check or online donation directly to the organization.
