In an effort to communicate responsibly, the BCE PTA is working hard to reduce paper use. Therefore, throughout the year, the following are the main forms of communication from PTA. Please make sure your family’s contact information is activated and up-to-date in Membership Toolkit.

Weekly PTA Email /Newsletter

  • Once a week you will receive an email with current school news, upcoming events & volunteer opportunities. Please take a moment to read this valuable information and consider how you can get involved.

  • If there is anything you would like added or shared in the newsletter, please fill out the ANNOUNCEMENT REQUEST FORM.

  • This site is updated regularly so please use this site as an additional resource for school and community happenings.

ParentSquare (School Administration and District use) 

  • The district, administration, and teachers/staff will communicate through this parent portal. School closures, delays, holidays, late starts and emergency info will be emailed from here.
