Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

We are grateful for your partnership in our fundraising efforts through the Pledge for Paws campaign! As you know, our dedicated teachers and administrators work tirelessly to meet the needs of our students. The BCE PTA provides additional resources, funding, and events to support their efforts. We are looking for partnerships with businesses and organizations to help us continue this important work. All donations directly support programs that benefit students in our community and are fully tax-deductible. What to stay in the know about Volunteer Opportunities? Here’s how you can sign up:

  • From the home page, go to "My Account"
  • Click “Under My Forms/Paperwork”
  • Click “Family Information”
  • Select “Yes” for each parent to be added to the BCE Volunteers Email List. 

Don't forget to register or renew with CMS Volunteers select both campuses in your registration.
Once you update your profile, you will be added to the email list and be notified when help is needed!

Staff Members of the Month

Congrats to Ms. Kurtz and Ms. Linton, our November staff members of the month! To celebrate, each of you will receive a gift card to a store and your picture will be posted in the office on campus! Thank you for helping to make BCE such a special place.
Highlights from your nominations:
Ms. Kurtz (EC Teacher): “ Mrs. Kurtz is a wonderful teacher for our Exceptional Children! She is patient, kind, and has a great rapport with the students. She is very knowledgeable about curriculum and does a marvelous job of modifying it to fit her students’ needs, meets them where they are academically, and teaches them in such a way to help them grow to their fullest potential! Everything she is asked to do, she does it, and she does it well!”

Ms. Linton (Financial Secretary): “Ms. Linton is an unsung hero of our school. She is such a calm, steadfast, pleasant member of the community that never asks for praise or recognition though she truly keeps us on track and able to do such wonderful and exciting things for BCE!”

Morgan Rosser Memorial Fund

Morgan Rosser, a devoted mother, community member, and passionate advocate for education passed away peacefully on June 25, 2025. Her unwavering support of Billingsville-Cotswold Elementary shaped not only the school but also the lives of countless children.
In honor of Morgan’s life and legacy, the family invites you to make a donation to Billingsville-Cotswold Elementary.
