Morgan Rosser, a devoted mother, community member, and passionate advocate for education passed away peacefully on June 25, 2025. Her unwavering support of Billingsville-Cotswold Elementary shaped not only the school but also the lives of countless children — including her own, who grew up surrounded by the love and care she helped cultivate throughout the school community.
