Hi BCE Families!

We invite you to attend and help ensure that our Fall Parties are a great success. The Kindergarten party will take place on Friday, October 31, 11:45am - 12:45pm.

Each class will rotate through their grade level classrooms, making stops at a snack station, a craft station, and a game station. If you are able to join us at the event, please sign up to staff one of these stations.  PTA Volunteer Leads will help facilitate the set-up and rotation. As a reminder, you must be a CMS Registered Volunteer in order to volunteer in person.  Please CLICK HERE to register.  

If you are able to contribute food or beverage to the party, please sign up and deliver items to your homeroom class, labeled "Fall Party." Feel free to sign up for more than one item.  Remember that all food items must be store bought, individually wrapped, and NUT FREE. We have a number of students with allergies and we want to keep everyone safe. 

There is also an option to donate funds that PTA will use to purchase items for the craft table.
