EOG Proctor Volunteers Needed

BCE needs volunteer EOG (End of Grade Testing) proctors on May 22, May 29, and June 4, from 8:15am to 12pm, on the Cotswold Campus. Our students are more comfortable, and perform better, when they can test in their homeroom classes, with their homeroom teacher.

Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

We are grateful for your partnership in our fundraising efforts through the Pledge for Paws campaign! As you know, our dedicated teachers and administrators work tirelessly to meet the needs of our students. The BCE PTA provides additional resources, funding, and events to support their efforts. We are looking for partnerships with businesses and organizations to help us continue this important work. All donations directly support programs that benefit students in our community and are fully tax-deductible. Look for a flyer in Cougar folders this week containing information about PTA sponsorship opportunities. What to stay in the know about Volunteer Opportunities? Here’s how you can sign up:

  • From the home page, go to "My Account"
  • Click “Under My Forms/Paperwork”
  • Click “Family Information”
  • Select “Yes” for each parent to be added to the BCE Volunteers Email List. 

Once you update your profile, you will be added to the email list and be notified when help is needed!

Staff Members of the Month

Congrats to Ms. Blanchett and Mr. McBride, our May staff members of the month! To celebrate, each of you will receive a gift card to a store and your picture will be posted in the office at each campus! Thank you for helping to make BCE such a special place. Highlights from your nominations:
Ms. Blanchett (Kindergarten Teacher, Billingsville): “Ms. Blanchett was wonderful at Beginner’s Night! She made a nervous rising kindergartener feel immediately at ease and excited for the new chapter ahead! We can’t wait to start our journey at BCE!!”
